Nepal PM says new Constitution Amendment proposition will be 'worthy to all'

Kathmandu: Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that he has arranged another proposition on the Constitution Amendment, which he claims will be worthy to all gatherings, including the disturbing Madhesi Morcha and the primary restriction.

Serve for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Shanker Nayak uncovered the new correction proposition looks to disavow Article 295 (1) and embed the arrangement of framing a Federal Commission in Article 274.

Article 295 (1) of the Constitution says: "The administration may constitute a government commission for making proposals on matters identifying with the limits of states." Article 274 is identified with the revision of the Constitution and also change of the state's outskirts among others.

The Prime Minister's proposition, as indicated by the Law Minister, additionally looks to change Article 86 (2) and "right the missteps" in Article 215.

"On the off chance that everything goes as arranged, Sunday's Cabinet meeting will in all likelihood settle the changes," said Nayak.

Maoist Center representative Pamhpa Bhusal said the new revision proposition will address the requests of the Madhesi Morcha as it tries to join the vast majority of the issues raised by them.
