According to a report in the Mumbai Mirror, new machines will be introduced at Churchgate (stage number 2), Dadar, Mumbai Central, Andheri, Bandra, Santacruz, Goregaon, Borivali, Kandivali, Bandra Terminus, and Bhayander.
The Western Railway has chosen the stations in light of the footfall. The main machine introduced at Churchgate on World Environment Day on June 5 a year ago.
Each machine can prepare 5,000 containers a day.
