NEW DELHI: The Government of India's advisory group on substance direction of government promoting has arraigned the Delhi government for abusing rules enrolled by Supreme Court in its request dated May 13, 2015. It was administering on a protest by Congress pioneer Ajay Maken against the Delhi government.
It has guided the state government to settle duty, make proper move against those dependable and recoup the whole use from the Aam Aadmi Party , contending that it was the principle recipient of these promotions. The board of trustees was led by previous boss decision chief B Tandon and had the leader of the News Broadcasters Association, Rajat Sharma, and advertisement man Piyush Pandey as individuals.
It inferred that the state government had disregarded the rules in six out of nine territories specified by Maken.The nine ranges were outstation and national level promotions; advertisements in daily papers supposedly outlined as daily paper reports; false and deceiving advertisements; largescale promotions on commemoration of AAP government; advertisements for selfglorification and focusing of political adversaries; advertisements against the media; promotions saying the gathering in power by name; advertisements on issues outside the locale of the state government; and unequal dissemination of promotions to belittle select media houses.
